craft matters

in a hurried world, craft takes the slow road. it’s an endeavor that seeks a particular mastery attained with time, trial + error, and practice. don’t give up. follow your vision.

Construction on the Sagrada Familia began in 1882 and was led by Gaudí until his death in 1926. Now, after more than 140 years, the final completion date is scheduled for 2026.* a team of artisans and tradespeople supported the project from inception to now. they included craftspeople working in sculpture, ceramics, mosaics, iron work, and masonry construction.
