in this video, sir david attenborough, the british biologist, and his fellow earth scientists raise the alarm that we are on track to pass 1.5º Celsius by 2040. the consequences are dire. our ongoing emissions and destruction of ecosystems are evident, but there are hidden tipping points like methane gas (21 times more powerful as a greenhouse gas than co2) that’s released as the permafrost melts.
