away space

away space continues my fascination with concepts for architecture, shelter, home, and a sense of place. the work is migratory using computer renderings and artificial intelligence platforms. ideas flutter between private and public space — what is private and public space? what are transient and fixed spaces?

approach: concepts are generated from my hand sketches that i transform into computer renderings, often using sketch-up and the podium rendering platform. others are generated from a.i. by applying original prompts and images in platforms like midjourney, runway, dezgo, and vizcom. i do not retouch the weird mash-ups that occur in open a.i. platforms, like people and things in impossible perspectives or with strange anatomies. it’s part of the evolution.
